Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente s’appliquent à toutes les ventes de produits numériques proposées par My Islamic Home sur son site https://my-islamic-home.fr. En achetant, le client accepte ces conditions.

Produits

Les produits proposés sont uniquement des produits numériques (fichiers téléchargeables). Les caractéristiques essentielles de chaque produit sont décrites sur la page correspondante.

Prix et paiement

• Les prix sont indiqués en euros (€), toutes taxes comprises.

• Les paiements sont effectués via Stripe et PayPal.

• Aucun paiement par carte bancaire directe n’est nécessaire si Stripe est activé, car Stripe permet de payer par CB.

Livraison

• Les produits numériques sont disponibles en téléchargement immédiat après paiement.

• Aucun produit physique n’est livré.

Droit de rétractation

• Conformément à la loi française, les produits numériques ne sont pas soumis au droit de rétractation une fois le téléchargement commencé.

• Si un problème technique empêche le téléchargement, le client peut contacter contact.myislamichome@gmail.com pour obtenir une solution ou un remboursement.

Responsabilité

• My Islamic Home s’engage à fournir des produits numériques fonctionnels.

• La responsabilité du vendeur ne peut être engagée en cas d’utilisation incorrecte ou de compatibilité technique du produit avec le matériel du client.

Propriété intellectuelle

• Tous les contenus et fichiers numériques proposés sont protégés par le droit d’auteur.

• Toute reproduction, distribution ou vente sans autorisation est interdite.
